How to return a product?

1. Contact us before any step.
   Send an e-mail to [email protected] with the order number and the reason for return. We will get back to you with all the necessary details, including the return form.

2. Prepare the parcel.
   Once we receive your request, please pack the product securely and include the completed returns form.

3. Send the parcel to:

Deadline

Returns are accepted within maximum 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
